As per ICCRC’s website: 'Federal law requires that immigration practitioners, in Canada or abroad, who provide Canadian immigration services for a fee, must be registered with the ICCRC and accredited as a Regulated International Student Immigration Advisor (RISIA) or a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC). Exceptions are members in good standing of provincial or territorial law societies or the Chambre des notaires du Québec.'

To be registered as a RISIA, individuals must write and pass the Entry to Practice Exam (EPE) offered by ICCRC.

By selecting the boxes below, I the applicant acknowledge that, participating in passing CBIE’s International Students and Immigration Education Program (ISIEP):

Will not grant me the RISIA designation. I understand that in order to become a RISIA, I must write and pass the Entry to Practice Exam (EPE) offered by ICCRC. I have read ICCRC Registration Guide for detailed information on RISIA EPE application and continuing professional development requirements before enrolling in ISIEP.
Does not ensure my eligibility to write ICCRC’s RISIA Entry to Practice Exam. I reviewed the RISIA eligibility requirements, as listed on ICCRC’s website, prior to enrolling in ISIEP.
I, the applicant, will not hold CBIE responsible if I am not eligible to write ICCRC’s RISIA Entry to Practice Exam.

Please note that CBIE will send an official copy of your transcript directly to ICCRC upon the successful completion of the program.
